Screen printing services

Screen printing services typically involve creating custom designs or logos and printing them onto a variety of materials, such as clothing, signs, posters, and promotional items. Customers can provide their own designs or work with the screen printing company to create a design that meets their needs.

When working with a screen printing company, customers will typically need to provide information such as the type of material they want to print on, the quantity of items they need, and the colors and placement of the design. The screen printing company will then provide a quote for the job, which will take into account the cost of materials, labor, and any additional services that may be needed, such as design or pre-press work.

Once the customer has approved the quote and design, the screen printing process can begin. This typically involves creating a stencil or mesh screen, also called a “film positive” using a design that customer provided, and then using that stencil to apply ink to the substrate. The ink is pressed through the stencil or mesh screen onto the substrate, creating the final printed design.

After the printing is done, the customer will be able to pick up their order or have it shipped to them.

It is important to note that some Screen printing companies may have minimums order quantities (MOQ) and also the design process may have additional cost.
